So even though Martha Stewart is evil, and every day she makes me so angry and borderline offends me by being rude to her guests, spouting off her opinions as fact and acting like anyone who does anything different than her must be some sort of slow learning inbred (last week she scoffed at the idea of anyone using store bought whipped cream. I love store bought whipped cream!!!), you cannot deny that the lady can craft. I cannot stop watching her show AND DVR-ing most it because it is so incredibly informative. I find myself telling Justin all about the home-made cards, laying awake at night thinking of her pipe-cleaner Halloween costumes- they looked amazing- and two nights ago I even had a dream that she had me over for a braised pork shoulder, and even though it had celery in it, which I can't stand, I loved it! (Martha also went on to put everyone there through a challenge and then it turned into a reality show... it was a weird dream). There's only one thing I can do. Ask for a subscription to her magazine for Christmas!!! And possibly buy her new book "Martha Stewart Cooking School"... and maybe get it signed...

  1. I feel the same way about her. Yet some of her stuff is incredible. When planning my wedding, the Martha Stewart wedding magazine was by far the best I could find. Have you ever read Real Simple? Currently my favorite magazine. Pick one up if you haven't read it before.
