October 21 - 23 was Ursie & David's wedding weekend in Cambria! It was also Gweneth's first road trip at about 1 month old. She did great on the drive up. Slept most of the way, only waking up when we stopped at this road side stop (where we bought lots of nuts and fudge, and Honey Gram got Gweneth a stuffed ballerina gerbil because she thought it looked like her. Can you even tell who's who?).



Our hotel was awesome, right on the water! We laughed because she looked so tiny on this bed!!!



We brought everything with us! We set up the pack n' play right next to our bed. It was the first time she slept anywhere other than her bassinet, and she did great.




My parents were right next door. We actually timed it that they'd be here for the wedding so they could help with Gweneth. I was a bridesmaid and Justin was officiating, so we absolutely needed someone else there!



We were literally across the street from the ocean, so we walked over to watch the sun set. So gorgeous!!!



Ursie looked so pretty!!! I cried when I saw her!



The got married at this very cool house overlooking the water. It was so intimate and special!

The reception was at the cutest restaurant!



We got to see everyone again the next morning at brunch.





Going up to Cambria was a breeze, but heading back was a different story. We stopped off to see Hearst Castle, and then headed back to L.A. While Gweneth slept the whole way up, she was quite awake on the way home, and we had to pull over three different times because she was not happy. One instance involved us changing a crazy diaper in the back of our car at a gas station. I'm sure the first of  many.

But overall we had such a good time! I can't believe how much she's done in only 1 month!
