At Gweneth's four month check up the Dr. told us we could start her on pureed foods, which is very exciting for both us and her! We're so excited to see her reaction, and she's only had formula for 4 months!

I want to keep a list of all her foods and reactions in one place, so this is it!
This article is basically how we make it (except I put the next day's food in a dish and store it in the fridge to thaw).

PUREED VEGGIES / 1 INGREDIENT
Put into Munchkin Baby Food ice cube trays / then pop out and store in ziplock bags in freezer

Week 1 / Broccoli
Mon., Jan 25 - Half an ice cube's worth / seemed to like it... sort of.
Tues., Jan 26 - Full ice cube / loved it / opened mouth for bites and seemed really excited / would have eaten more if I had it thawed
Wed., Jan 27 - 3/4 Ice cube full / started crying mid feeding
Thurs., Jan 28 - Full ice cube / would have eaten more if I had it
Fri., Jan 29 - Full ice cube / would have eaten more if I had it
Mon., Feb 1 - Full ice cube / loved it

Week 2 / Carrots
(ditched the Munchkin Baby Food ice cube trays, they were too hard to get the baby food out / trying Baeba Silicone baby food tray)
She now opens her mouth for when food is brought to her
Tues. - Friday - Loved it!

Week 3 / Cauliflower
She's loving it! Starting off with 2oz servings, and she seems to want more.
End of the week - still liking it, but doesn't seem to be enjoying it as much as broccoli or carrots.
Started to grab the spoon and hold it while I feed her, so cute.

Week 4 / Peas
She's eating like a pro, and soon we'll be giving her more. Peas are a hit!

Week5 / A mix of Cauliflower, Carrots & Peas
I have so much baby food left over, I'm trying to use it up!

Week 6 / Sweet Potato (her fave so far)
As soon as she saw the spoon she opened her mouth! She loved the sweet potatoes.
When she finishes, she wants more, so we've started giving her two servings and she's still cleaning her plate!

Week 7 / A mix of Cauliflower, Carrots & Peas
I still have so many carrots, peas and cauliflower left over!!! Trying to get rid of them.

Week 8 / Avacado

UP NEXT:
Brussel Sprouts
Butternut Squash
Yellow Squash
Zucchini
Asparagus
Green Beans
Beets
Egg Plant
