I've blogged about the Highland Springs Resort in Yucaipa before, and we were there again last weekend. They had this German style bratwurst festival, and it was so good!!! A lot of Justin's fam came up for and we all had a great time. We even took extra brats back to his dad's to grill up later!

Ursie and I grilled that evening. It was our first time, and we were basically pros at it. As you can obviously tell by this photo:


Earlier this week we tried a restaurant we've been wanting to check out forever! It's called "The Oaks Gourmet", and it's like upscale sandwhiches, pizzas and things like there. Very good!


Today we scouted a spot in Newport Beach we'll be doing a family shoot at. We stopped at the San Pedro Ports o' Call. There were little restaurants and shops, and we had lunch right on the water. It was so nice!
