I was in Target today looking for a birthday card. I came around to the 99 cent cards, and I hadn't been there for more than two seconds before I heard a man's voice say "Boo-yah! 99 cents!". I turned subtly to see some guy in his late 20's -who apparently loves cards- and his girlfriend. But his girlfriend didn't hear him, so he said it again. Still, she did not catch this awesome catch phrase (or she had learned to tune out comments like this), so I got to hear it a third time. "Boo-yah! 99 cents!"  I mean, I couldn't blame the guy, it was a 99 cent card, but I think it was the seriousness in which he used the late-90's phrase that caught me off guard.
