Last night we went to The Standard on Sunset to celebrate Brian's b-day and to screen "Chase". It was so much fun and once they started playing good music we really got to show off our dance moves. There were promises of Brandon Rogers (from American Idol) appearing, but he was a no show, which is sad for an American Idol lover such as myself (I mean, just this season, and like, not really...)b/c I definitely would have forced him to take a picture with me, and let him know how much I'm rooting for him... anyway...

This past weekend I flew to Michigan to see my family. They were installing my dad as an Elder at church so I got to head back home to be a part of it. It was such a quick trip, I got in at 6am on Saturday morning and left Sunday night at 7:30pm. It was definately worth it, and I surprised my grandparents! It was FREEZING. I haven't been in MI in February in about seven years, so I had forgotten how cold it could get!!!
